Adly Chess Academy organizes Heliopolis International Rapid Chess Championship under the supervision of the Egyptian Chess Federation, on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Heliopolis Sports Club in Nasr City.
The tournament is internationally standardized and its results are counted in the International Chess Federation (FIDE) rankings, as it is held according to the Swiss system of 7 rounds, with a time of 10 minutes + 5 seconds for each player.
The tournament starts at 2:00 pm and the closing ceremony and prize distribution will take place at 9:30 pm on the same day.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the first place winners, in addition to prizes for age groups, women, and people with special abilities.
